Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or scent preference. Except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights under Nigerian consumer protection laws.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence and your order number. Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
